Blog Tour Week 2 begins today. It’s going to be a busy day for me. 1. It’s Monday. That means craziness at work. Everyone likes to contact call centers on Monday, but they don’t like the fact that they have longer hold times. 2. My co-lead is on vacation this week, which leaves me in charge, more or less, of the two shifts. That means I get all the questions, get the line-up at my desk to look things up, the emails. But, hey, that’s why I get paid the big bucks (insert laughter). And 3. My daughter’s Special Olympics team is having their Christmas party this evening, so, I’ll be attending that.

So, be patient. I look forward to hearing from everyone. I just might be a little late getting there.
